By downloading or using PawMetrics, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PawMetrics helps you track dog sports performance, titles, goals, and related athlete information for personal use. The app is provided by Ryan Gordon and may be offered as a beta, TestFlight, or App Store release.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PawMetrics on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms where applicable.
You retain ownership of the information and photos you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for complying with any rules of sport organizations, events, or venues you track in the app.
PawMetrics stores data locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backup. You are responsible for exporting and safeguarding backups of data you care about. We are not liable for loss of data caused by device failure, app deletion, failed imports, or user error.
PawMetrics Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features in the app.
Subscription plans. PawMetrics Pro is available as a monthly plan (pawmetrics_pro_monthly) and a yearly plan (pawmetrics_pro_yearly). Plan names, prices, and any introductory offers (such as a free trial) are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Automatic renewal. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
Managing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to PawMetrics Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. PawMetrics does not process subscription payments directly and cannot issue App Store refunds. For refund requests, contact Apple Support or report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Changes to Pro features. Premium features may change over time as the app evolves. Features labeled in the app as “Coming Soon” are not currently included in your subscription.
Pre-release versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, or changes before public launch. Features may be added, modified, or removed. Beta software is provided for testing and feedback.
PawMetrics is a record-keeping and tracking tool only. It does not provide veterinary, training, legal, or competition eligibility advice. Always verify official results, titles, and rules with the relevant organization.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law. You may not use PawMetrics to harass others or submit unlawful content through support channels.
PawMetrics is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryan Gordon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of PawMetrics. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $10 if the app was free.
You may stop using PawMetrics at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or these Terms where permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date in the app and this document. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
